This book is THE book. Now matter how good of shape you are in or what age you are, you should be stretching. Even if you have mandatory stretching after practice or games, you should have your own individualized plan. HIIT or before event stretching isn't covered here. I'd say this is more lifestyle with many sport-specific stretching sections. 15-20 minutes, 3 times a week will aid you over your lifetime. Never too late to start, never too early to begin. Your life will benefit from stretching and this book will give you an enormous amount of stretches to work with.
